Subject: [PATCH] Resolve hostname using getnameinfo for ipv6 support.
Iterates on interfaces, possibly searching for a pre-selected
interface, and resolves the hostname associated with non-localhost
addresses.
Fixes #56, fix compilation with --enable-ipv6.
