Portability fixes:

|
|
|
- Use fcntl.h for O_RDONLY and friends.
|
|
- Only use mallinfo with glibc.
|
|
- Use PTHREAD_MUTEX_RECURSIVE rather than the _NP (non portable) variants.
|
