Juan RP 8b05ec221b linux3.10: tweaks for the cifs module. 
- Disable CONFIG_CIFS_WEAK_PW_HASH which should only be useful with really
  old servers (OS/2 and Win95).
- Enable CONFIG_CIFS_{ACL,UPCALL,DFS_UPCALL,FSCACHE}.
