Install all packages via DESTDIR var and not prefix.
...
This removes many assignments that were needed before, and fixes
some packages to install its manpage/info files.

Reorganize the templates directory for possible future changes.

Now every template uses its own directory. Patches, prepost* files
and other related stuff are stored there.
