Merge remote-tracking branch 'x/master'

* x/master:
  telepathy-glib: update to 0.16.2.
  telepathy-mission-control: update to 5.10.1.
  xbps-casper: make the keymap script work again.
  xbps-src: create masterdir/boot dir if doesn't exist.
  idjc: use pycompile_module, needs pygtk rundep, add missing builddeps.
  xbps-src: infrastructure changes required for "nonfree" keyword in tmpls.
