wpa_supplicant: Add P2P support (Wifi Direct) (#6142)

This patch also contains:
- a refresh of the 'config' file (copy from wpa_supplicant/defconfig)
- the use of the internal line edit mode instead of the GNU readline
- the control of AP mode operations
