Ice: unbreak musl and fix cross build
Unbreaking musl boils down to just a few quick patches. Enabling cross compilation requires some tools from Ice for the host. This leads to the cross builds first compiling a native build, which is probably not ideal. It works locally and may work on travis-ci and the build hosts.
